Become Highly Valuable In MLM Through Your Education

Let’s imagine that you were a celebrity. You could be an actor, musician, professional sports figure, internet marketing guru, etc. Go ahead and pick one. There’s no question that you would have a massive fan base, waiting in anticipation to see what you do next. Everyone that you come across wants to be involved with you one way or the other, whether it be taking a picture with, getting your autograph, or even a few words of advice. You’re nothing short of a phenomenon. The question is, how did you become that way? What led you to this point?

If you are able to grasp this one principle that I’m going to share with you, then there may be hope for you yet 😉

Now if you’ve been in network marketing for awhile now and you still can’t seem to sponsor anyone to save your life, I want you to take a step back and look at what’s been missing until now.

It’s not because your compensation plan sucks… or

Because your product stinks? or

Because you look like Shrek and people can’t stand the sight of you?

In fact, it’s none of the above. What’s missing is your education.

So ask yourself this, have you been educating yourself lately? Have you read any books, purchased any courses, or attended any free training webinars lately?

If you have, then you’re well on you way. If you haven’t, then I’m not sure you’ll make an impact in this industry.

Why am I harping so much about your education? Because this is the biggest difference between those who sponsor people effortlessly into their organization and the other 95% that have failed because they weren’t told that network marketing is actually a serious business meant for serious entrepreneurs. Without your continuous education, you’ll be unable to share that value with others?

?and if you have nothing of value to offer others, then they won’t align themselves with you because they’ll feel like you cannot possibly lead them to where they want to go and they’ll go find someone who can.

Let’s go back to the whole celebrity scenario for a minute:

How do you think that Michael Jordan became arguably the greatest player ever to play the game of basketball?

?or how Tom Hanks is one of the most successful actors to date? (some may protest, but oh well…) ?or how Michael Jackson was quite possibly one of the greatest entertainers ever? ?or how Mike Dillard became one of the top internet marketers (if not the best) that this industry has ever seen?

These individuals had an great desire to succeed in their professions no matter what it took to get to that point. By continuously honing their skills, they became leaders in their profession while simultaneously increasing their value to others.

How many 35 year old NBA players (besides Michael Jordan) have earned 33 million in one season? How many musicians (besides Michael Jackson) have sold 110 million copies off of one album worldwide?

None.

Michael Jordan was paid $33 million for one season in 1998 because his value was so great to his team and city and the general manager did everything he possibly could to ensure that he stayed with the team. Michael Jackson’s influence on dance, music, and fashion was reached a global scale like no other. Tom Hanks is the most successful lead actor in cinema history with his films grossing over $8 billion dollars worldwide. Mike Dillard released Magnetic Sponsoring a few years ago and it’s still one of the best affiliate programs today in the industry.

The point that I’m trying to make is that you need to continuously store any type of useful information into that brain of yours if you plan on becoming a person of value in this industry. You see, after all of the dust has settled and the smoke has cleared, there are only two things that success in this industry comes down to?

1.Showing leadership by increasing your value through education. 2.Understanding how to translate that value to your prospects with effective marketing.

Get it? Got it? Good?

I strongly encourage you to invest in educating yourself on a daily basis because every bit of information counts.

?and so what if you’re a newbie in this industry. At some point or another you were a newbie at everything else in life, but it all turned out okay didn’t it? So…what’s stopping you now?
